Mandatory Fun Committee

Jim Sellers, Bob Van Horn and Charles Dan Matthews have been appointed as co-chairs for the 2023 “Homecoming Mandatory Fun Committee”

Adult Beverages

The Museum (via the “Homecoming Mandatory Fun Committee”) will provide refreshments, beer and wine (but no hard liquor) for all social events in the Park (while supplies last). If that is not to your liking, you are encouraged to BYOB/L (including if you plan to stay late and Museum sponsored supplies are exhausted). Glass is strongly discouraged in the Park. Please bring plastic, cans or flasks to the greatest extent possible.

Security

Security is being provided for all events. Those who cannot “play well with others” will be asked to leave and/or escorted from premises.

Parking

Litter Disposal Reminder

Alumni and guests are reminded to kindly deposit waste (and cigarette butts) in trash cans and/or ashtrays in the WMA Memorial Park. Offensive litterers will be asked to leave the premises.

Registration is Required

For Museum Sponsored events, pre-registration by September 23 is required. Registrations after the deadline will be permitted to the extent possible, but will not be eligible for food and beverages sponsored by the Museum.

Name Tags

Nametags will be issued to all registrants. Those without nametags will not be permitted admission to certain events, and will not be eligible for food and beverages sponsored by the Museum.
