Jesus single panel WMA miniature stained-glass windows with walnut base

$188.80

The stained-glass window with Jesus is at the center of the five windows now in the Wentworth Museum. It is inscribed: “Cpt. John C. Fredrickson, 5th Air Force, November 15, 1920-October 19, 1943.” Fredrickson was from Leavenworth, Kansas, and he entered Wentworth Military Academy in 1937 at age 17 and attended WMA through May 1940. He was a member of “Company B” in Jr. College (pictured here). Fredrickson was killed in action during WWII in the Pacific Area, and he received the Flying Cross. You can see the symbol of the 5th Air Force on the window.
